My creations  in weaving come from the beautiful fibres that I am able to source world wide.  Their colours and textures inspire me to create my wearable art. I also use a great deal  of handspun ( merino, alpaca, silk, bamboo, tencil ) and dyed fibre all done by me.  This always adds individuality to the very personal garment that is created. Art yarns and finer yarns feature in my work as does the inclusion of lace weaving. Demonstrating is also important to me and the group and we are always willing to share our love of weaving and fibre  I always have a fibre display for the public to touch and feel at our exhibitions. This is always popular as so many people know little about the wonderful fibres available to us. Our recent entwined weavers exhibition at Wollombi was again a great success .

All fibres are used by me in my weaving  and sourced world wide. All fibres are treated differently and I am always  on  the search for new combinations . I use a lot of  hand spun – merino and many many other wool breeds, plus alpaca, silk ,bamboo, tencel, cashmire ,camel, yak, mohair, angora. Every fibre I can source. I hand dye with commercial and natural dyes and enjoy the results that emerge from the dye pots.
